Jamshid K Medora

Jamshid qualified as a Chartered Accountant (England and Wales) in 1966 and went on to be the founding and managing partner of Touche Ross in Singapore in 1980.

Jamshid has extensive audit experience across a range of clients and industries. He specialises in forensic accounting, due diligences, insolvency and giving expert evidence in court.

Jamshid was awarded the Public Service Medal and the Public Service Star by the State of Singapore. Jamshid was also awarded the Gold merit award by the ICPAS for services to the profession and community.

Jamshid is also a Justice of the Peace.

Xerxes J Medora

Xerxes qualified as a Chartered Accountant (England and Wales) in 2003 and was admitted as partner in 2012 after 8 years in Deloitte (London). His principal expertise is the provision of audit and transaction support to clients in the services, media and technology sectors. In addition to audits, he has also worked with clients on Sarbanes Oxley implementations, control reviews, earn out reviews, project management, due diligences, working capital reports, investigations, insolvencies and risk assessments.

He has extensive knowledge of US GAAP, UK GAAP and IFRS. Xerxes’ experience includes working with both multi-national and entrepreneurial clients.

Xerxes is also a member of the DFK International Accounting and Assurance Committee.

Xerxes also holds an advance stage wine and spirit education qualification and regularly organises wine tastings.

Rebecca Tan

Rebecca has more than 20 years of experience in the audit of entrepreneurial clients and larger multi national clients. Rebecca has delivered a range client solutions across the region including Japan, Korea, China, Malaysia, Indonesia.

In addition, she has extensive experience in insolvencies and forensic investigations.

Kalyani

Kalyani started her career with the Inland Revenue and has more than 15 years of experience in taxation, including several years at a Big 4 firm. Kalyani is a member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants (Singapore).

She advises a range of clients from entrepreneurial to multinationals in tax matters from compliance to advisory.

In addition, Kalyani has significant experience in supporting clients with tax queries raised by IRAS.

Amy Lai

Amy has more than 10 years of experience in audit, including 8 years at a Big 4 firm. Her main focus has been the audit of SME and larger multinational clients. Amy is a fellow Chartered Certified Accountant (United Kingdom). Amy also has significant commercial experience in the Oil and Gas sector.

Amy also has extensive experience with internal controls, cashflow projections and budgeting.
